Suzanne Herbert is an experienced Strata Manager with a background in both residential property management and strata management across Victoria. With over 10 years of hands on industry experience, Suzanne has managed predominantly newer Owners Corporations, including OC commencements, building defect matters, and residential and commercial developments including multi OC structures. She has also undertaken extensive relief and temporary management roles, supporting agencies during staff shortages and leave periods. As CEO of RTO Red Edge Property Institute supporting real estate professionals, Suzanne combines operational expertise with practical industry leadership and training experience.
