Suzanne Herbert is an experienced Strata Manager with a background in both residential property management and strata management across Victoria. She holds a CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. With over 10 years of hands on industry experience, Suzanne has managed predominantly newer Owners Corporations, including OC commencements, building defect matters, and residential and commercial developments including multi OC structures. She has also undertaken extensive relief and temporary management roles, supporting agencies during staff shortages and leave periods.
