Fabienne Loncar

Fabienne specialises in owners corporation law in Victoria, having practised for 20 years for private and government insurers, owners corporations, lot owners and other industry stakeholders. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of strata issues, from rule enforcement and governance, to advising on and prosecuting building defect and cladding claims, to representing owners corporations in VCAT and litigated proceedings. Fabienne is known for her clear, accurate advice and her ability to guide clients through technical and often highly emotive disputes with confidence and clarity.
