Tower Body Corporate is thrilled to announce that Nikki Jovicic, the company’s current Managing Director, has officially taken ownership of the family business. With over 13 years of experience in the strata industry, Nikki is committed to continuing the legacy established by her father, Allan Clair. While her husband, Ian, is also a part owner, he will not be actively involved in the company’s operations.

Founded in 2008 by Nikki’s father, Allan Clair, Tower Body Corporate was built on a commitment to ethical, customer-focused solutions. The company’s mission has always been to provide fair, transparent practices and exceptional service to body corporate owners and committees.

Under Nikki’s leadership as MD and with the help of her team, Tower Body Corporate has grown into a leading body corporate management provider in the SEQ region. Nikki and her team’s dedication to her father’s legacy of exceptional service has been evident in the company’s continued success.

Nikki also owns LookUpStrata, Australia’s largest free strata information platform. Her passion for empowering the strata community with knowledge enhances Tower Body Corporate’s value proposition, providing clients with superior service and support.

Nikki made it clear that despite now owning Tower Body Corporate and LookUpStrata, both companies will still operate independently and, as always, with full transparency.
