Many motions on our AGM agenda are significant, including a $1.25M loan, and they require discussion. Will there be an opportunity to ask questions about the motions at the AGM?

Depending on time constraints, you may not have the opportunity to discuss matters at length.

Yes, the AGM will be a forum for you to ask questions about the relevant motions. However, depending on time constraints, you may not have the opportunity to discuss matters at length. You could contact your strata manager or a member of the strata committee before the meeting to discuss your concerns.
