LookUpStrata is a free strata information site for lot owners, committee members, strata managers and professional strata services. We're a family-owned business, and we've been publishing reliable, practical, easy-to-understand strata information for Australians since 2013.
What do we publish?
We publish articles on changes to strata legislation, explainers for every state and territory, and a Q&A service where lot owners and industry professionals can submit questions and receive answers from a specialist. We're best known for sourcing answers to tricky strata questions. Have a strata question you'd like answered? Ask us a strata question.
What content do we provide?
All information on Lookupstrata is free. You can subscribe to:
- Strata Connect Weekly: Every Tuesday morning, we email a short roundup of Q&As, articles, legislative changes, upcoming events and strata news. It takes a few minutes to read and keeps you up to date with what's happening in strata around Australia.
- The Strata Magazine: A more detailed edition for your state (NSW, QLD, VIC and WA), sent monthly or bi-monthly. Pass it on to your neighbours, clients or colleagues.
- Webinars: An industry specialist or panel joins us to dig into one topic in detail. All welcome!
What is the LookUpStrata Directory?
The directory connects our readers with businesses that serve the strata industry. Listings also appear at the back of each Strata Magazine. If you run a business and want to reach a strata audience, see our Media Kit.
What's our connection to Tower Body Corporate?
LookUpStrata Pty Ltd (ABN 81 156 529 896) and Tower Body Corporate Administration Pty Ltd (ABN 33 147 198 427) are both owned by NISL Trust. Tower Body Corporate provides body corporate administration services in South East Queensland.
Despite the common ownership, the two businesses are entirely separate and aren't involved in each other's operations.
LookUpStrata accepts sponsorship from contractors for advertising on our website and social platforms, marketing, and promotion at our events. Some of these contractors may also work with Tower Body Corporate, but the two arrangements are not connected. Tower Body Corporate doesn't choose or recommend contractors based on whether they support Lookupstrata, and Lookupstrata does not influenceTower's recommendations.
Tower Body Corporate also doesn't accept commissions, payments or other benefits from contractors, including strata insurance commission.
