About the August 2023 edition
The August 2023 edition of The VIC Strata Magazine explores building technology innovation, insurance risks, energy management, and owner rights for Victorian owners corporations. Insurance articles address the dangers of underinsurance, vehicle damage coverage gaps, and the commercial case for fixing water damage without claiming, while legal articles examine pipe repair responsibilities, OC access rights to apartments, and Fire Department door replacement liability. The edition also covers EV charging demand management, local energy network opportunities for strata, and lot owner access to corporation records.
