Ross founded Palmer Acoustics (Australia) Pty Ltd in 1992, with the goal of becoming the go-to acoustic consultancy across Australasian and Southeast Asian markets.
Over 34 years, he grew the business into a recognised leader in the field, known for professional, specialist acoustic consulting across building and environmental projects.
Ross remains hands-on, currently working on projects in Australia, Vietnam, and Saudi Arabia, and overseeing the firm's Brisbane and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
