Where can I find registered details of common property for a Victorian owners corporation?

I own a lot in a Victorian owners corporation, and I am not sure what is common property and what forms part of my lot. Is the plan of subdivision the best document to confirm this? Where can I access the registered plan or other documents that show the common property boundaries and details?

You can order a plan of subdivision through Landata.

If you have an owners corporation manager, ask them for these details.

If you do not have a manager, you can find out what is registered as common property by ordering a plan of subdivision through Landata Plan of Subdivision Victoria - LANDATA® . There will be a small cost for this.
