He has more than 38 years’ experience across the building, construction, property development, real estate and owners corporation industries. Paul specialises in forensic building inspections, building defect investigations, expert witness reports, rectification scopes, project management and facilities management. His practical experience includes residential, commercial, industrial and high-density mixed-use developments. Paul regularly assists owners corporations, strata managers, lawyers, builders and property owners with complex building defects, construction disputes and rectification projects throughout Victoria.
