He has been involved in all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in a range of jurisdictions in Australia.
Tony Johnson has spent 17 years assisting and guiding Clients in the Strata and Community title sector. His Clients have included Residential, Industrial and large commercial properties. Tony’s previous experience in Property management also gives him a great understanding of the issues facing Landlords leasing in Body Corporate properties. Tony has a Diploma in Real Estate, Certificate IV in Property Management, Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales and has completed the SCA A100 Strata course.
I am a qualified Senior Associate of the Insurance Institute, an Insurance Professional with over 35 years’ experience in both Property and Casualty Insurances. For the last 12 years I have had a focus on all aspects of Strata Insurance in National positions, establishing Underwriting and Claims platforms, technical training of staff and establishment of a National Specialist Strata Adjusting team.
Additionally, I have been called on to provide expert testimony in various states in Australia in relation to Strata and Insurance.

Active in the industry since 1994, Andrew is the current SCA (WA) President, immediate past President of the national Strata Community Association, a Life Member of SCA (WA), and holds the accreditation of Honorary Fellow Strata Community Manager.
Allison is the principal of Benson Legal, having formerly been a co-founder and co-principal at Kerin Benson Lawyers since 2014.
