Dino Biordi is the founder and Managing Director of LUNA Management, a Sydney building management company built on a simple conviction: a well-run building should feel calm, not chaotic. With more than a decade in the industry, he has grown LUNA from a single site into a portfolio of premium buildings, holding a 98% client retention rate and specialising in the boutique properties most managers overlook. LUNA's CALM Framework puts compliance first, keeps levies aligned to real building needs, and turns a flood of emails into clear decisions. The firm's guiding line is blunt: "We do not seek scale. We seek standards." Dino also hosts The Strata Room podcast.
