With an education in multi-disciplinary engineering and project management and 14 years of experience in the facilities/asset/project management sectors, Dom has worked on an extensive diversity of projects, assets, and properties. This exposure provides an essential understanding of best practice applications of proactive maintenance, reactive repairs, and capital works upgrades to any asset or building. Valen specialises in the management of complex strata projects including Fire Safety Upgrades, Remedial Upgrades, Defect Management Claims, and Sustainability Upgrades.
Rick Blampey began his property management career in 2012 when he planted roots in Sydney and started his career in the strata management industry. During this time, Rick gained invaluable experience in both the property and strata sectors and obtained both a Class 1 Strata Management and Real Estate Licence.
After relocating to Perth in 2022, he took on the role of Head of Department with SVN Perth, bringing with him a decade of experience.
Having been in the Strata industry for over 10 years, Minal brings an indispensable wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Minal has honed her Strata Management skills across various roles, including Accounts Manager, Trust Accountant, Strata Software Training and Support and Strata Team Leader. Minal adds an extra layer to her knowledge base through her Accounting Degree, making Financial Management one of her specialties. Paul’s background spans a wide range of experiences – from playing in a symphony orchestra to working in banking and studying at a top international business school. Phillip Leaman specialises in Owners Corporations law, adverse possession and compulsory acquisition and is the Principal for the Owners Corporation team at Tisher Liner FC Law.
