Paul Morton is the founder and CEO of Lannock Strata Finance. He is widely recognised as the expert in strata finance and the economics of capital works in strata. Paul’s background spans a wide range of experiences – from playing in a symphony orchestra to working in banking and studying at a top international business school. Paul holds degrees in music, economics and finance and is a Sloan Fellow of Stanford University. He regularly contributes to industry forums and seeks to educate strata communities and strata professionals on finance and alert them to the tax impact on their choice of funding on the cost of levies. Together with Les Gordon, he developed LevyPlanner, a calculation tool to help people make better decisions in funding strata capital works.
