Melanie Duryea is General Manager of B Strata and a Fellow Strata Community Executive (FSCE). Since joining B Strata’s senior leadership team in 2020, she has leveraged her background in finance management, business consulting and organisational transformation to drive strategic growth, operational excellence and innovation. A co-founder of a strata management business in 2016, Melanie has been an active leader within SCA WA, serving as Vice President from 2020–2023, Convenor of the Landgate Strata Working Group, representative to the Property Industry Advisory Committee (PIAC), and a member of the National Professional Standards & Membership Board Advisory Group (PSMBAG). In recognition of her contribution to the sector, she was awarded the SCA WA President’s Award in 2025. Melanie is passionate about advancing the strata industry and helping shape the future of the profession.
