Jonathan practises primarily in property and commercial law, with a focus on litigation. He has appeared as both counsel and solicitor across the Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court, and State Administrative Tribunal, including in trials, and regularly represents clients in strata, building, and construction disputes before the SAT.
He acts for strata companies and managers, lot owners, developers, and real estate agents across both transactional and contentious matters, bringing a commercial, practical approach to each. Having worked previously as a strata manager, Jonathan has a strong grounding in strata titles law and practice.
Jonathan was admitted in 2018 and holds a double degree in Law and Business, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
