Jake Sharp is the founder of MiMOR, a building management and communication software platform. His path into proptech began in 2013, when he launched a body corporate cleaning business that grew to service hundreds of buildings across Victoria with over 35 staff. Working closely with strata complexes, he spotted a gap: most buildings lacked simple tools for managing moving and common area bookings, tenant & owner details, and communication. In 2015 he founded MiMOR to solve it. Today, MiMOR serves hundreds of residential and commercial complexes across Australia and New Zealand. It offers booking systems, centralised building information, issue reporting, a marketplace, digital fobs and Email and SMS tools that simplify living in and managing virtually any building. He believes every building no matter the age or size should have a software system today.
