About Us
Urbanise is a cloud-based portfolio management platform for strata managers to manage their communities. At its core, the Urbanise Strata solution is a sophisticated accounting system.
Urbanise Strata has numerous automation and workflow tools to optimise efficiency. Our automated features include:
- Levy and arrears automation
- Banking
- Payables processes
- Management billing
- Files management
- Meetings management
- Task triggers
- User access password
- Community portal and mobile app
In June 2015, Urbanise acquired the leading cloud software company Mystrata. Using the Mystrata platform, we have built and improved their existing features, revolutionising the way services are provided to buildings and the people who live and work in them.
Urbanise Strata Users have access to our Meetings Module as part of our license fee. The StrataVote engine powers Urbanise’s meeting solution and our development partner for-all-things meetings.
We have offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Cape Town, Pretoria, Dubai and Sofia servicing a large base of international customers.
