On Friday, LookUpStrata was delighted to attend and hold a trade booth at the CHU SCA (WA) 2021 Convention at the Ritz-Carlton in Perth. We had a fantastic day chatting to Strata Managers and Industry Professionals and we even had the chance to listen to a few speakers. To check out the photos from the day, take a look at our LinkedIn page shortly. We have plenty of photos with contributors, and supporters. Thanks to SCA (WA) for a limitless day!

NSW: Annual reporting for strata schemes
The NSW Government wants to better understand the needs of the strata sector. To achieve this, owners corporations would need to report on and verify key information each year. The information to be reported covers basic details about the scheme as well as some core building, safety and management information.
New regulation asks strata schemes to provide key information.
Have your say and complete a survey about the proposed new annual reporting for strata schemes.
