🎄End of Year Break from Strata Questions🎄
Our office will be closed until mid January 2021. As we rely on strata specialists from all over Australia donating their time to answer strata questions for our audience, this service will not be up and running again until February 2021. At that stage, we will have a backlog of requests to process. Please feel free to Ask a Strata Question, however, be aware there will be an extended delay in receiving a response. We wish you all the best over the holiday season.
We have pages and pages of strata information on our site. So much information that it may sometimes be hard to locate exactly what you are looking for. If you are having difficulty finding an answer, we can help with your strata questions.
Maybe you haven’t found the strata information you are after or you still have some unanswered strata questions? If so, please contact us with as many details as possible about the situation (including your state – as Strata Legislation varies around Australia and your location may determine our response) and we will do our very best to provide you with as much information as possible.
Please note: due to the volume of requests we receive each and every day, it may take us a little while to get back to you. In some instances, we may be able to point you directly to the relevant information already contained on our site or elsewhere on the web. Other times, we call on our network of strata experts around Australia to provide you with a response. If you have found an article on our blog which relates to your question, please leave a comment below that post and we will reply to you there.
Due to the nature of this service, we are unable to provide legal advice. Responses will be of a general nature. If you require answers to a detailed and specific situation, please seek independent legal advice from a qualified professional.
As your strata questions are usually very interesting and would be of interest to the LookUpStrata community as a whole, we like to create our Q&A articles out of these exchanges. You may have come across a few already in our blog. We find these Q&A articles are very popular with our audience. People who have lived and / or worked in strata can usually relate to your situation. We include no identifying information in the posts.
